Located in a peaceful Mediterranean setting, our apartments offer a unique blend of authenticity, comfort, and thoughtful design, perfectly suited to their micro-location and natural surroundings.
The property carries a special story. It is named after grandmother Oliva, who originally purchased the land on which the house was later built. In her honor, an olive tree, now over 30 years old, was planted in the garden, standing today as a symbol of heritage, continuity, and deep family roots.
The apartments have been rented since 2002, following the same philosophy from the very beginning: direct and personal contact between guest and owner. This approach ensures that every guest receives individual attention, with the goal of creating a truly memorable and seamless holiday experience.
The owner, Vinko Klarić, is an architect who personally designed the interiors. The spaces reflect his minimalist aesthetic, carefully balanced with the use of natural materials that align with the Mediterranean style and the specific character of the location. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, with a strong focus on maximizing space functionality while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere.
